In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
In case of delay in supply of book beyond 30 days the order may be cancelled by parties. Customer can cancel their order and request for refund if the books are not received within 30 days. The request for cancellation must be made within 15 days from the expiry of 30 days. The refund shall be made within 15 days. The delivery of our books depend on location. IN case of remote location delivery may take time.
Refund Policy
No refund request in case of defective product will be entertained after 7 days. Please notify within 7 days if you are not satisfied with product due to defective book or error in binding or if book is damaged in transit. We will replace the product or refund you the amount if book is not in stock. We shall refund you the money paid. The refund shall be made within 15 days.
The condition of returned book should be good. It should not be used one.
