SHIPPING

Usually it takes 3-5 days to deliver the packet by courier. However in case of remote locations it may require more time. In case of dispatch by registered post the delivery time may extend to 5-10 days.

Yes we ship Internationally. Separate postal charges is applicable for dispatch in International destination. Please send a email at insurance.kolkata@gmail.com to get a quote about the actual postal charges

We despatch books by Courier and Registered Post. The details of online product like online magazine or mock test shall be sent in your email id in 24 hours after order.

Order & Retunrs

In case of defective product you can return the product for replacement

You can track order on the website of the courier through which books are despatched. We will give you the courier name and tracking id.

It is better if you register at our website before making payment. This will help you to track products and get cashback, view rewards points on purchase of products. Otherwise you can also make payment through Guest checkout or direct link on all books/mock test

In case of duplicate order by mistake in the same time, you can send us a email to cancel duplicate order. In case of order of wrong book/product by mistake you can inform us by email/phone to change the order
